I have been taking Peritol for nearly a year now. I started with 1 capsule morning and night and now only have to take one each day. No night sweats or hot flashes. I also sleep soundly which was a major problem for me before. I tried other natural medicines but this is by far the best. I highly recommend it!

This product has helped with making me more calm, no more emotional mood swings since taking it. I'd say it's a good product.

My mood swings have gotten better. I'm more on the up side of things. As for weight gain, I feel I have a better frame of mind and a better energy level, I'm more motivated to take my walks again.

I also originaly reached Estrin-D but came across Peritol. I was looking for something to help with my matabolism, little did I know this would help me with migranes. I've been taking Peritol for about 3 months and haven't experienced one migrane. I was suffering a migrane about twice a week. Now I don't care if I loose weight, I'm thrilled with the fact that my migranes have subsided, hopfully for good. Oh yeah, my energy level has increased, I'm preparing for a marathon.
